With over 16 years of Real Estate experience, providing quality service and keeping her and her clients educated about the market are the hallmarks of how she does business.

During her tenure, she has been a recipient of several awards for her multi-million dollar sales production, but most importantly, she has earned numerous and regular referrals and repeat business because of her attention to detail, tenacity, and personal care.

Working with and building relationships with people from all walks of life is what she loves most about the real estate business.

What did you do before becoming a real estate agent?

I was an Assistant HR Manager for a non-profit foundation within the CSU system, working 8 years on campus.

How did you decide to get into the industry?

I decided to get my license when I was looking for my first home and walked into a real estate office and befriended my agent at the time. I have always had an affinity for touring open houses and model homes, interior design, and in particular helping people and it was a perfect fit for me!

Have you ever faced any challenges in your current business?

Adapting to changing markets and keeping clients educated so that they make informed choices. We are in unprecedented times and bringing a sense of calm and positive mindset to my clients is crucial in helping to pave a more logical path forward.

How many brokerages have you worked with so far?

I have been with 4 different brokerages, including National, International, and Boutique.

What were the pros and cons of each brokerage you worked with?

I have been with Keller Williams as my current brokerage, which has been the best fit for me because of the overall culture and agent-centric approach that has allowed me to brand my own team and learn from other agents within both my office and outside our office who have succeeded at a high level. There is a tremendous spirit of contribution within this organization, which I appreciate tremendously.

What are the awards, professional achievements, and accomplishments you have received?

I have received several awards throughout my career from all brokerages I've worked with for top sales production, and through my current broker, my most three recent awards were:
#1 Individual Agent, Keller Williams Pacific Estates
#2 Team, Keller Williams Pacific Estates
#2 Expansion Team, Keller Williams Pacific Estates

I have also received:
Best of Long Beach Agent Service Award
Five Star Professional Award (5 years in a row)

One of the most important professional achievements I have realized was graduating from a Small Business Administration Course through the Tory Burch Foundation, which changed my business and improved my financial understanding exponentially.

What has the proudest moment of your career been so far?

Opening a second location in South Orange County as an expansion of our current team in Long Beach and seeing my Lead Agent excel in that office.

What technology do you use in your business process to improve your customers’ experience?

We use a CRM database to systematically communicate regularly with our current and past clients, affiliates, and collaborators; we also heavily use social media platforms for digital marketing, re-targeting campaigns, and hyper-specific audience targeting. Currently, we have expanded into using AI in a new CRM platform that is evolving and super exciting to work with.

How important do you think getting good online reviews is?

Our online reviews are something we take very seriously and campaign regularly to ask our clients to write in order to get regular feedback.

How does this factor affect your business, and what effort do you put into receiving good reviews?

We send requests for reviews prior to closing and after closing and regularly ask for comments and reviews at client events.

What are the primary advantages your clients get when choosing you over your competitors?

Experience and extensive knowledge within the specialty fields noted; we have designations earned and continue with regular training to keep up to date on legal requirements and innovative practices that bring our clients the best and most current information to help them be successful in achieving their real estate goals.
