I was an attorney, and was general counsel for a tax lien company that often foreclosed. I was not happy with the level of service of convenience provided by local title companies so I started as a subsidiary and launched this out.
Title is a very local, entrenched business. Often, realtors go with the bird in the hand, and accept a lower quality of service or convenience than they can get elsewhere. Respa does not help as discounts are hard to offer and they cannot be provided to realtors, who are often the gatekeepers in the process. But, at some point, a demand for excellence will arise and our company is well positioned for that eventuality.

I think my proudest days are ahead of me, but I cannot think of one specific moment at this time.
We have team members overseas, so we are working around the clock to serve our clients. We are extremely responsive. We are extremely tech-focused to deliver easy, seamless, real estate closings for our clients.
We are building a proprietary tech stack to simplify and standardize the real estate closing process. This will streamline the experience with a customer-centric focus, and allow us to close a real estate deal with the ease and speed that one can buy a widget on amazon.
I think reviews are watered down at this point, especially given AI and bots. Instead, the quality of our service (and the client's response) is most important as direct referrals lead to more leads then internet reviews.
