In order to do that you need a Trusted Guide to help you gain the knowledge required to succeed as a successful real estate investor.
We work with women who desire success in real estate investing. We offer real estate investment training courses and support in a community of proven investors and like-minded women.
We are Laura and Liz, a mother and daughter team, and the founders of this program for women by women. We have combined experience of over 30 years in the real estate investing business and are ready to be your guide.
We’ve experienced first-hand that it is POSSIBLE to create wealth with real estate while pursuing our bigger WHY and have a POSITIVE impact on the lives of others.
While a lot of women have a strong desire to succeed in their own business, fear or lack of proper knowledge or encouragement become dream crushers.
Laura would go to all of these REI events and be the only woman on stage with a group of men. We started seeing more and more women that wanted help but didn't trust men to help them. They came to us and we began to build a community for women!
We actually doubled our income during the Pandemic because we didn't feed into the frenzy and continued with our virtual business. We were able to navigate our students to move virtual overnight. We have seen many ups and downs in our years. Laura has been through 3 recessions herself. Lots to overcome, lots of challenges, lots of wanting to leave real estate behind for good. We persevered and now help others!

We are Laura and Liz, a mother and daughter team. We have over 40 years of combined experience in real estate investing. The concept of REIW is to empower women to create their dream real estate business through a supportive community of like-minded women. We didn't see a program out there, at the time, so we created it to help women not feel alone in REI. We have been told we are down-to-earth, approachable, and actually CARE for our students' success. Which we do! 🙂
