Rogers Healy and Associates Residential Real Estate was formed in 2007. The business has been built by taking a non traditional approach, to a traditional business.

Rogers’ dedication to clients’ needs, coupled with a passion for his business, has formed a great relationship. Rogers’ vision is to make his company a one stop shop for all things residential real estate.
I was studying advertising at Southern Methodist University when I realized there was a need I could satisfy by helping friends and family find their homes.
I began my career while in college and I fell in love with it building an entire business centered around my passion.
One of the biggest challenges in recent memory was how the pandemic changed the way we collaborate in the office and the way we conduct business. I am a firm believer that the best work happens when we are collaborating. Shutting down the office was a hard day. I made it my goal to find a way to be able to make a safe and efficient return. I decided to partner with Vari to redo the entire office in order to abide by CDC guidelines. We were able to make the office a socially distanced safe haven where work and collaboration could transpire.
I was with two brokerages prior to opening my own in 2007.
The cons were they weren't my own. They didn't empower me like having my own business did. The pros were that I learned the ins and outs of the business and was able to successfully get my feet wet before fully diving in.
