My Bio
Rosie has lived in the North Dallas area for the past twenty years. She has a husband of eighteen years and four children ranging from age nine to fifteen. Her children have taught her how to stay organized, to keep a family’s future growth and needs in mind, to be creative, and be lighthearted.
Her career in the real estate industry began shortly after getting married in 2003, when both her husband, Deke, and her purchased several rental properties. Managing their multiple single-family homes as a property investor and serving as project manager in several flipped homes in the DFW area have prepared her for a career in real estate and thus, becoming an official REALTOR® was a natural transition for her. It is thanks to these experiences that Rosie understands her client’s commitment extend well past the purchase or sale of their home.
Before becoming a REALTOR®, Rosie’s desire to serve people drove her to work for FEMA. Her niche while working in emergency management was finding a place to live for disaster survivors. She believes her time at FEMA was one of the most rewarding jobs she has ever had, because of the ability it provided in making a positive difference in people’s lives including her own, by reminding her to stay humble and grounded. Most importantly, it taught her to focus on her client’s needs with kindness, empathy, patience, and how to respect and relate to people from all backgrounds while providing genuine caring professionalism.
Some of Rosie’s best skills are research and close attention to detail, she is a firm believer that sometimes it is not what you know but knowing where to look. She enjoys finding reputable data that affect her client’s investment such as current market conditions for the area, crime rates, schools, and other important factors, and communicating this information with her clients through updates, explanations, and guidance, providing them with the exceptional service that they deserve. Rosie chose to work with Ebby Halliday because of their people-first approach and family centered values, which align with her belief that we are not in this business to make money, but to create lasting relationships built on integrity, honesty, and trust. She describes herself as someone who is family oriented and down to earth.
