What did you do before becoming a real estate agent?

I graduated with a Bachelor of Computer Science & Engineering as Valedictorian & joined a Fortune 500 company as an IT consultant for several years after graduation.

How did you decide to get into the industry?

I was introduced to real estate while working with my husband Roger as a partner & manager of a hotel investment company. We later sold their business & moved to Austin to start a successful real estate company. As a businesswoman, wife, and mother, I understand the value of time & the urgency of getting the job done. As a homeowner, I value assisting & guiding my clients in their real estate transactions, from first time home buyers, veteran and investment buyers, or even selling a home and relocating, I am ready to use my exceptional negotiation skills alongside my problem solving and expert communication skills to ensure each transaction closes with ease.

Have you ever faced any challenges in your current business?

One of our challenges is not being able to reach out to potential sellers/buyers before they decide.

How many brokerages have you worked with so far?

Just Keller Williams Realty.

What were the pros and cons of each brokerage you worked with?

We interviewed with many but stayed with KW because of their education and training and their ability to cultivate high character and morals in realtors. They are also the leading edge in technology and innovation and always stay ahead of the real estate market curves.

What technology do you use in your business process to improve your customers’ experience?

Cutting edge technology via Consumer App, Virtual Video Offer Presentation, Virtual Video Listing/Buying Consultations, Digital Video Updates, and most current property values with real-time data. Highly integral team to keep consistent information across the board in regards to the client transactions.

How important do you think getting good online reviews is?

Online reviews play an important part to add more flexibility to the buying decisions of clients.

How does this factor affect your business, and what effort do you put into receiving good reviews?

It increases significance, conversion, sales, and search rankings online. So we make sure that once a transaction is closed, we send an invitation to our clients to leave a review via text and email.

What are the primary advantages your clients get when choosing you over your competitors?

We use a consultative approach to help our clients make an educated decision to buy and sell real estate. We communicate at a high level to keep our clients' fingertips on the pulse of transactions to make sure they feel comfortable in their decision. We maximize our clients' ability to sell their property at the highest market value and buy at the best-negotiated price by positioning them to go on the market at the best time statistically.
