My Bio

I entered the Real Estate world in order to help my clients realize their Real Estate goals and haven’t looked back. I work with buyers who are looking for their perfect home and sellers who are looking to maximize profit and ease of sale. I work with clients of all ages and price ranges; from first-time homebuyers to seasoned purchasers.

What did you do before becoming a real estate agent?

I served in the United States Navy from 2014 to 2018. Upon separation from active duty, I moved to California to work in cyber security for Lockheed Martin.

How did you decide to get into the industry?

I wanted to continue to serve and saw real estate as a field where I could meet client's needs in a meaningful way.

Have you ever faced any challenges in your current business?

Building the trust of my clientele is the most important part of any business and cannot be rushed. Being new to the industry meant I needed to be more engaged, industrious, and resourceful then the experienced agents I was competing against. What has set me apart is the level of care and genuine concern I have for my client's wellbeing in their home purchase or sale.

How many brokerages have you worked with so far?

I have worked with only Keller Williams.

What were the pros and cons of each brokerage you worked with?

I have found KW to be extremely supportive of my business. They offer a myriad of training, mentoring, coaching, and business support resources unmatched by other brokerages.

What are the awards, professional achievements, and accomplishments you have received?

Meritorious promotion to E5 while in the Navy ICEDVALOR Supply Chain Protection Award Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice

What has the proudest moment of your career been so far?

Helping a first-time home buyer find a suitable lot to build a new home.

What technology do you use in your business process to improve your customers’ experience?

I use a host of systems and technology to better serve my clients; everything from CRM tools to social media postings to cloud MLS services. Many of my clients never see these systems being used but they always result in a successful purchase or sale.

How important do you think getting good online reviews is?

Good reviews come from good service, plain and simple.

How does this factor affect your business, and what effort do you put into receiving good reviews?

I never make the good review the focus, I make exceptional service the focus and enjoy the benefits of the good reviews that follow.

What are the primary advantages your clients get when choosing you over your competitors?

I bring a true fiduciary relationship to all of my clients. My seller clients sell their homes for the most amount of money in the shortest amount of time for the least amount of problems. My buyer clients enjoy a streamlined purchasing process that removes the stress of a home purchase.
