We are a full service property management company specializing in Single Family Rentals. We work with clients who have 1 house to clients that own several hundred. Our clients range from professionals who own Real Estate as a passive investment to Investors who are constantly growing their portfolios. We assist in all aspects of buying, renovating, leasing, managing and selling properties.
I went straight from school to be a leasing agent in NYC, have been involved in it ever since. Worked as a property manager for a lender so got to experience managing many types of real estate including managing the construction of a 36,000 SQF commercial project, rezoning of properties, and everything in between. I love all aspects of property management
We started our current business in 2013 with only 40 properties under management and the first challenge was to build up a sustainable book of business. I would say that was our biggest struggle. Then and still now, it's really about having good processes for the various things we need to do. A lot of trial and error on what works and what does not, which software to use, what tech is good and which is not. It's an ever-changing landscape and it's a challenge keeping up without overhauling the whole company every time a new product comes out.
