My Bio
I have been proudly helping people sell and buy homes in Austin, Tx since January of 2017. Before venturing into real estate, I worked in high-end hospitality in Los Angeles and New York for more than a decade. My background in sales and dedicated customer service are what led me to follow in my father’s footsteps and become a realtor. I am grateful to be able to use my skills to help people and build lasting relationships.
I work with sellers and buyers. I provide a full-service experience with a strong focus on client satisfaction. My approach is firmly based on market knowledge and past success stories to ensure every client moves forward with the most knowledge and comfort to support them on their real estate journey.
I spent over a decade working in high-end hospitality. Over the years, I took on a few different roles and always enjoyed providing an excellent guest experience.
I decided to dive into real estate with the expectation that I would be able to provide the same high level experience in a different field. What I love most about what I do is that I get to help people achieve a pivotal milestone in their lives and I have been fortunate to work with some clients multiple times over the years.
Working in real estate can be very stressful. It is crucial to study the market to stay current and keep an eye on trends. I would say the first two years were a very valuable learning experience. Since every deal is different, you learn a lot from each transaction.
I've been fortunate to work with 3 different brokerages.
The first was a boutique brokerage in Brooklyn, NY and I am now licensed with Keller Williams in Austin, TX as well as Nest Seekers in Beverly Hills, CA. Ultimately, I think the best thing any new agent can do is interview with a few options, ask questions and move forward with the one you feel is best suited to your personal business plan.
In terms of achievements, I have succeeded at satisfying my personal goals. Last year, in 2021, my goal was to sell $4 million in homes and my stretch goal was $5 million. I am elated that I nearly reached my stretch goal by a very narrow margin. Setting goals for yourself is very important to stay motivated and focused in any business venture.
In 2021, 70% of my business was composed of past clients and referrals. I am very proud and grateful to have loyal clients that choose to work with me.
There are a few apps that help to streamline the process by giving me access to specific data. Through those, I am able to provide detailed information for my clients to educate them and sell their homes quickly,
I think it is important because new clients often search for you online.
Through the reviews, they can get an idea of how you work and also feel secure that they are making the right decision to work with you. I don't specifically do anything to achieve good reviews, I focus on the entire customer experience and hope that inspires them to write a review to inform others.
Something I always focus on is listening to what the client is looking to achieve through our business relationship. I take the time to listen and respond to what they are looking for and cultivate a curated approach to helping them achieve their real estate goals. My clients know that they can always reach out to me with questions and I am always ready to readjust our plan as necessary. I truly enjoy providing a comfortable, collaborative approach to their experience.
