My Bio
I serve FHA, Conventional, VA, Buyers representative, and Seller representatives. I am honored to fulfill all types of needs no job is ever impossible for me.
I worked at VA Loma Linda Veterans Hospital. I worked at this department called “Valor building” and helped our veterans obtain housing, food, clothing & jobs.
I decided to get into real estate to help everyone obtain home ownership especially our veterans because there is something wrong seeing our veterans not having shelter or food and that really hit home for me.
I am going to be honest my biggest challenge for me is being so “fast pace” wanting to get everything done in a quickly matter and sometimes that doesn’t always work that way.
1. Keller Williams Empire Estates, Rancho Cucamonga CA
I enjoy working here this is the only brokerage I have been with and I only have nothing but amazing things to say about it they treat me like family, get me all the resources I need, coaching, mentoring they make you feel like your not alone like family and being able to work with so many team members we all bounce off each other for the best of our clients. We have team meeting weekly so in those team meetings we discuss market change and whats going on and also if I am not able to find the perfect home for my client this is the time where we speak with other agents that might be working with seller clients and thats when we collide to get the best outcome for our clients.
Awarded “ Woman’s Empowerment” of the year!
Helping families achieve home ownership!
We use an app you can download straight on your mobile device called “Keller Williams Myapp” and it gives you a look on all the houses available that just hit the market. Once my client is connected with me I will see what houses or lots they have been viewing and shows me which ones they are interested and it makes it easier for my clients to look at them in real time instead of waiting for a weekly list.
Before technology everyone would talk and say “hey this person is great go to her”! “Or hey this person is not so great service is bad!” And thats how everyone would get word of mouth about services around the neighborhood but now with how fast technology has advanced I believe thats the first thing people search up on and it can have a very bad or good impact on your business I believe it’s extremely important to keep a excellent rapport with your clients treat everyone equal and value them as if they were your own. Thats my motto with all my clients is treat them with the utter most respect as if they were your own family.
I am very competitive when working with my buyers and sellers and I am not afraid to work on deals and get assertive to get the most for my clients.
