Overview

Dakota is a Financial Advisor in the Denver Tech Center office. He has extensive experience in the securities industry, most recently holding a position as an Investment Operations Analyst at a mutual fund company where he developed unique investment strategies for all market conditions.

Dakota also spent many years in commercial banking helping clients manage their cashflow and providing access to capital so they can expand their business operations. He takes pride in helping professional engineers and business owners achieve their goals through tax efficient investments and comprehensive financial planning techniques.

Dakota graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Colorado State University. He earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation and holds Series 7, 63, and 65 FINRA licenses.

Outside of work, Dakota focuses on leading an active lifestyle whether it is in the gym lifting weights or snowboarding in the mountains. He gives back to his community through the Food For Thought program which provides meals to underprivileged schoolchildren.

He and his wife, Molly, welcomed their first child in July 2022, so he enjoys spending time with his young family as a dedicated father and husband.
