Our goal was to build a business that gave excellent service to our owners. Property Management can be a very difficult business at times. We have to do our best to keep both the property owner happy and the tenant at the same time. Not easy to do when repairs are needed and the owner does not want to spend the money that is needed.
Our biggest struggle is that property owners with only one or 2 houses usually can't afford to be in the business and expect perfection from us. We do our best but we are not perfect.

Our success is because we do a great job of answering the phone and responding to emails and text communications. We have full-time accounts receivable, advertising, accounting, and maintenance employees to handle all of the workloads that comes our way. We also file evictions on tenants that don't pay every month. We do not let a tenant tell us their car broke down so they can't pay rent.
