Prior to selling real estate, my past experience was in the mortgage industry for ten years. Here I specialized in helping buyers and sellers with VA, FHA, Conventional, and New Construction to Perm financing.
Prior to my mortgage lending experience, I worked in the title and escrow industry for twelve years. I am very familiar with plot maps, Deeds of Trust, Grant Deeds, Quitclaims, and most questions you may have as a consumer. If I don't know the answer, you can count on me finding it for you.
