Scott has 15 years of experience in development, investing, and property revival. He is a licensed contractor and real-estate agent and has over 100 successful flips under his belt! Scott also has a portfolio of Residential and Commercial real estate that he owns and manages.

Marisa spent 10 years working in fashion, specifically product development, where she traveled the globe sourcing fine fabrics and gaining a trained eye for quality and aesthetic. She holds a degree in design and has spent the past 5 years building a thriving interior design firm. Her love of "pretty"​ brings vision to the table and is able to transform the most lethal of properties into brightly shining gems.
