Overview

We are an educational platform and consultant group with over 50 years of experience. We take people by the hand, step by step through the real estate investing process helping them build wealth and passive streams of income with real estate.

This allows our members to live more balanced, happy and joyful lives. We use real estate to build permanent, residual income that comes in for the rest of our lives.

The goal is to have enough passive income that it meets and exceeds your monthly wants and needs. Our mission is to educate, motivate and encourage personal and financial growth through real estate investment mentoring and consulting.

Where did the idea to start the company come from?

I have been in this business for over 30 years. It was modeled off of the gurus from the '80s like Charlton Sheets.

What challenges have you overcome to get where you are now and how?

I started with bad credit and no money after my company cut my pay by $20,000 a year. I ended up investing in over 4000 apartment units.

What has the proudest moment of your career been so far?

Starting Total Wealth Academy

What are the primary advantages your clients get when choosing you over your competitors?

While most passive investing platforms choose only one form of investment (example: apartments) we are investing in self-storage, apartments, RV parks, strip shopping centers, hotels, and more. We have a very strict vetting process for the deals that is more difficult to pass than our competition. We have unlimited consultations while the competition does not.
