My Bio
I was in commercial construction and then commercial real estate prior to building a residential real estate team. Construction and real estate is a part of my DNA. My father, grandfather and great grandfather were and still are in the construction business. I grew up in the industry and love what I do.
We put a premium on our brand in the area. My family has operated in Hall County in business for four generations. Because of this we have brand awareness and large market share. We've sold over 750 home is the last five year. We serve anyone who needs to buy, sell or invest in real estate.

The company focuses on helping the agents build their business and the Brokerage is a value add to the agent. Most traditional brokerages operate the other way where it's all about the brokerage and the agent works for them. They are also leading the way as it relates to Technology in the industry. Keller Wiliams is the largest real estate company in America and is privately held. They care about the consumer and agent above and beyond anything else.

I've loved working with my mother. We started this business with each other and learning and working with her has been my proudest moment.
Communication is the highest stress point for a consumer relating to real estate agents/teams. We know this and work hard to stay in touch and keep our clients well informed of what's going on with their files. We use technology to automate some of those messages. Also, KW has artificial intelligence in its new platform that allows consumers to curate their own experience around searching for real estate.
Reviews have become more important than any other marketing or brand awareness.
We are increasing the effort to get reviews. Also, feedback is the lifeblood of any business. We need to know when we've done a great job and where we can improve.
We are the local experts as it relates to real estate. We know this market and live, work, and play here. We have a team approach to residential real estate to make sure that the client's needs are met and that they receive a top real estate transaction experience.
