Are there any fees or commissions for selling my house with Turner & Partners?

All the traditional closing costs associated with our real estate transactions are covered. You won't pay any fee or commission while selling with us.

How are you different from a real estate agent?

Real estate agents list properties and hope that someone will purchase them. The average time to sell a property in many markets right now is a grueling 6 to 12 months. When hiring a real estate agent, you pay a commission as a % of the sales. Often it's 3% - 6% of the sales price (so if it’s a $100,000 house, you’ll pay between $3,000 – $6,000 in commissions to an agent).

Agents provide an excellent, yet expensive, service for those that can wait 6 to 12 months in many cases to sell and who have room to pay the commission on the sale, but many don't have 6 to 12 months to wait and need cash offers immediately. Luckily for you, Turner & Partners' main goal is to close within 30 days or less and get you paid!

Does The Condition Of My House Matter?

Not At All!

Wherever you land on the spectrum between 'organized' and 'messy,' Turner & Partners will purchase your property and alleviate you from any significant repairs or housekeeping burdens.

How Do You Determine The Offer Price For My House?

We look at the location, what repairs are needed, the condition, and the values of comparable houses sold in the area recently. We take everything into consideration and come up with a fair price that works for us and works for you too. And most important of all, it'll be a cash offer.

Is There An Obligation When I Submit My House For An Offer Estimate?

There's no obligation for submitting your property for an offer evaluation. After we gather a few details about your home, we'll make you an all-cash offer that's fair for you and fair for us. After receiving your offer from Turner & Partners, it's 100% your decision on whether or not you'd like to sell your home to Turner & Partners.

How Soon Do I Get Paid? Will I Get Paid With Cash Or Check?

After we agree on a purchase price, that same amount of funds will be wired to the title company on or before the day of closing. Once the title company has verified all of the closing paperwork and recorded all significant data with the county, the funds will be electronically wired to your designated bank account. This process typically takes one business day.

It's standard practice for title companies to use a secure wire transfer directly into your bank account when disbursing your proceeds. You can request a certified cashier's check at closing if you prefer, but note that a cashier's check often takes longer to clear when depositing due to holds placed by most banks on a check of that size.

If I Sell My House with Turner & Partners, Do I Have To Pay Any Closing Costs?

Nope! All traditional closing costs are covered, such as:

Can I Use Bank Financing To Purchase Any of Your Properties?

We tend to work with people looking for investment properties who are paying cash and who can close quickly. However, if you are pre-approved with a bank and can close quickly, we’ll consider all offers.
