Overview
We work with all types of clients, focusing mainly residential buying, selling and leasing in the Inner Loop and Galleria areas of Houston. We do assist a lot of relocating clients and it is our goal to help them get to know their new city. Our agents do this through personalized tours of the city, as well as concierge like service on restaurant recommendations, museums, parks and more.
My background was in marketing, and when my husband was relocated to Houston,
I decided to try real estate as a new challenge. I love working with clients and the fact that there is no cap on what you can do in real estate. The harder you work, the more rewarding. My husband saw how much fun I was having and got his real estate license as well and we then started our brokerage.
The challenge is always staying up to date with technology. The way that buyers are looking for homes changes constantly. You have to be dynamic and creative and always be striving to innovate. Currently, with COVID-19 we have had to adapt quickly to virtual showings and live video open houses, which is different from the more traditional ways of real estate we are used to- but for the health and safety of our agents and our clients it makes sense.

Currently, we use Dot Loop for quick and easy contract review and signing. Zoom has been helpful for virtual meetings to best train agents with the COVID-19 pandemic.

In light of COVID-19, we are going above and beyond to do virtual showings via Facetime and custom property videos so clients can view properties without ever leaving their home.
