We serve short-term vacation rental investors. Vrolio is a brokerage focused on short-term rental investing and we provide a marketplace to list vacation rental properties for sale. We offer free investment strategy consultations which often lead to an investor being connected with an agent in our network who specializes in selling vacation rental properties. These agents help the investor navigate their search through short-term rental regulations and finding the "sweet spot" for a profitable property.
Valio Founder and CEO, Erica Muller, started her career as a real estate agent in South Florida. She moved to Orlando, FL, and began working with vacation rental guests at a property management company. From there, she became interested in selling vacation rental properties. In 2017, Erica decided she wanted to make a bigger contribution to the vacation rental industry and create a technology model that would address a lot of the gaps in the industry on the sales and investment side.
Our aim with Vrolio is to make buying or selling a vacation rental a seamless and stress-free process and arm the investor, the agent, and the owner with all the tools they need to successfully buy and sell a short-term rental.
Erica Muller was inspired by the book, Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. She began her real estate career after reading it and had four successful years until she became a statistic of the real estate collapse of 2006 because she hadn't followed any of the book's advice! This is when she hit rock bottom. She lost her home and moved. After a year, she decided to get back into real estate she started working in vacation rentals in Orlando. She worked for a property management company and talked to guests about investing in a property similar to the one they were renting to stay in. She decided then that she wanted to sell properties to investors.
It has been challenging to get the company up and running to its best potential due to budgets.
Valio is a unique real estate brokerage that is focused on vacation rental investing. The website provides a marketplace for vacation rental properties that are listed for sale. Vrolio's property listing wizard collects not only the data on the property but the most important investment information that drives an investor to make a purchasing decision. Valio cross-references all listings on the marketplace with our regulation data and creates an investment property profile for each listing. This is unlike any other marketplace currently available.
