My Bio
I began my real estate career in 2001 during what was considered a “normal market.” Since then, I have experienced the breakneck pace of the crazy up market as well as the plummet of the down market.
Through each cycle of change I have adapted and grown with the market of the moment to guarantee my client's success. Specific focus is on first time home buyers because your first home is a really big deal! We want to make sure it is a special experience for you!
My team specializes in residential resale properties, multi-family and the luxury market. We pride ourselves on our ability to sell our listings each and every time. Our focus is on presenting your property in it's best light and pulling out all the stops to make sure that happens.
In the past 21 years, I have sold 1500+ homes and recently have acquired my brokers license to serve in a higher capacity. I have sold in both Northern and Southern California extensively and I have worked in the luxury market, new home construction and residential resale.
I have taken listings after other agents have failed to sell the property and then was able to sell the home for people who had given up hope. With our buyers, we are patient and offer the guidance and support necessary for them to be successful in all types of markets.
Our philosophy for real estate is predicated on the golden rule, treat others as you would have them treat you. We believe in giving each client excellent customer service, respect and a work ethic that is second to none.
We work hard to display an extraordinary commitment to our clients that very few people do. We consider their challenges to be our challenges, and we become part of their successes. It is easy for us to network with other agents in our field because they know we are professionals to the end.
This is important because it helps us to help you. In addition to my new home and resale experience I have managed two Keller Williams offices and served on various boards. I have worked with both Interval House, The Ettie Lee Foundation and Rainbow Services to help in the communities in which I serve.
For sellers, I offer a full spectrum consultation to discuss how your home should be shown in it's best light. When needed, we stage our listings at no cost to our clients. I take pride in how a listing is presented to the public and always use professional photography and take great care in how the property is launched.
From broker tours to open houses and brochures to social media presentations including video about each home are cornerstones of my business plan for each selling client. We now have a property management division as well.
We manage leases for various clients in the greater Los Angeles South Bay and Orange County. We are constantly coming up with the next way we can help our clients take things off their plates in this busy world we live in!
We have a full service team of assistants, inspectors, contractors, movers, staging services, photographers, video production company, escrow, title and more should you choose to hire them.
