Austin has extensive knowledge of the Real Estate industry, with a background in commercial real estate, estate planning, and property management. Born and raised in Golden, Colorado he has worked throughout the Denver Metro markets. Including Lakewood, Arvada, Wheat Ridge, DTC, Englewood, and more.

He is a go to for market information in a fast paced, quickly changing market. Austin attended the University of Colorado Denver and studied Finance. Austin joined Marcum Commercial Advisors as a commercial real estate broker in April of 2021 and represents all avenues of commercial real estate including Buyers, Sellers, Landlords, Tenants, and Redevelopment projects.

He is a dedicated professional with a passion for establishing long-term relationships with multiple stakeholders and built on a foundation of honesty and open communication. Consistently growing and developing skills to further help me in my career. Goal oriented always defining benchmarks for himself and taking the necessary steps to achieve those goals.

I graduated from the University of Colorado at Denver with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies with a Business Concentration. I was introduced to the fundamentals of management and marketing and developed a passion for both.

During and after college, I spent ten years working in Corporate Retail Management where I acquired a talent for customer service, developing a team, and driving sales results. I learned how to run a business from every angle, including managing a clientele program, human resource management, event planning, and data analysis.

Translating these skills into the Real Estate industry has been incredibly rewarding and FUN!! Helping others achieve their goals of home ownership and counseling them through major decisions is a tremendous passion of mine.

I strive to take the stress out of the buying and selling process and hustle to provide my clients with an AMAZING real estate experience. I'm a fierce negotiator with an intense level of commitment to delivering results.

Katlyn has grown up in the beautiful area of Northern Colorado – living anywhere from Red Feather to the Denver metro. She went on to pursue a degree in Finance at Colorado State University, before finding a passion in Real Estate.

She strives to educate others about the ever changing market, as well as the process of buying a house to make into it a home. With a background in leasing and customer service, she expresses a very client focused experience.

Katlyn strives to always be learning and educating about all topics of Real Estate, and holds the values of integrity, and adaptability very close in her business practices. In her free time, she will be found getting lost outdoors, exploring the city, or spending quality time with those around her.

Greg Myers is an avid entrepreneur and scholar. He has owned many successful businesses including a large insurance agency, a garage door company, and a landscaping/painting company.

Greg has also worked in many leadership roles within the private and Federal Government sectors. Recently, Greg graduated with a Master of Science in Criminal Justice/Homeland Security.

He has also completed one and half years of his Doctorate Degree Program in Executive Leadership. Last year, Greg also completed the Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification program.

Greg enjoys the outdoors and reading every chance he gets. Greg is also a Gulf War Veteran who served two tours in Desert Shield/Storm and was honorably discharged after 10 years of service.

He also holds his certification in Military Relocations and Financing. Greg also spends many hours volunteering at Promise Ranch Therapies & Recreation in Castle Rock.

Born and raised in Vail. After high school, she left the Vail Valley to earn a degree in International Relations from Franklin College Switzerland. Post college, she spent 2 ½ years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Asuncion, Paraguay. She is fluent in both Spanish and German. Her vast knowledge of the area coupled with her international experience allows her to assist all local, second homeowner and international clientele alike.
