Cory grew up in Southern California before leaving to attend the University of South Carolina. After graduating with a Bachelors's in Political Science, he worked for New Penn Financial, now called NewRez.

Cory left after being selected to undergo Naval Officer Training and was later designated a Naval Flight Officer in P-3 and P-8 aircraft. After leaving the Navy, Cory engaged full-time in the real estate world in multiple positions leading to him Founding Airdeed.com in 2022.

Born and raised in Gainesville, my family has been part of the community for over 60 years. After graduating from the University of Florida, I accepted a position in chemical and research sales that moved me all over the world where I gained unparalleled experience in sales and negotiations.

I also personally have been involved in real estate and real estate investing for over 20 years, buying and selling properties in the Gainesville area as well as other areas of the country. My name is Joe and I’m a commercial real estate broker based in NJ. My core commercial and residential investment and brokerage business is based in NJ with plans to scale on a national level. Joe started his career at MetLife where he was an analyst in the company's real estate and insurance departments. After 7 years Joe moved to the private aviation sector where he focused and developed relationships with corporate executives, specifically the oil, gas and mining industries.

Joe obtained his real estate license in 2016 where he specialized in residential and commercial REO transactions. In late 2018, Joe began work for a commercial solar and construction company as a business development executive.
