I have been a top producer at Boise Premier since 2016 and have a current total sold volume of over $35 million. Having worked in lending, insurance, and relocation in the real estate industry since I’ve been in the Boise area, I have developed a well-rounded base for buyers and sellers to entrust in. Kind of a Jak-of-all-trades you could say! Understanding the processes while building a team of highly qualified industry partners lends to a positive experience for my clients. I'm here to provide a high-level experience with transparency and honesty to my clients.
I have been in the Treasure Valley since 2002. There’s so much to do in this wonderful valley! I grew up on a cattle ranch in Salmon, Idaho. Talk about a beautiful part of the state! The fundamentals of hard work, honesty, and lending a helping hand have always been the basis of my everyday mantra. I wouldn’t trade growing up on a ranch for anything.
Education has always been important to me. As my grandmother always said ‘You can never learn enough.’ I completed my undergraduate degree in Business Management at Idaho State University, and my Master’s in Business at Northwest Nazarene University.
I was born and raised in the United Kingdom. My high school years were spent in Roseville, California, where my family moved following my mum's nursing career. After gaining citizenship, I joined the US Air Force as an active duty medic.
Following multiple stations across the world and two overseas deployments, my outlook on life and members of the military and their families was forever changed. After 12.5 years of total service, I finished my military career as a member of the Idaho Air National Guard.
I fell in love with Idaho in 2012 and made this incredible state my home. I graduated from Boise State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and began my nursing career in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, followed by pediatric cardiology.
In many ways, my career as a real estate professional is a natural extension of my earlier military and nursing occupations. I am a caregiver by nature and serving others has always been something I am called to do.
As a REALTOR®, I advocate for and guide my clients as I thrive on loving and truly serving people in any capacity I can. Remaining cool under pressure, maintaining a professional demeanor all while providing exceptional customer service is something I take very seriously.
My vast, and varied, life experiences provides a background where I can easily relate to people, and I find my greatest happiness in the relationships I develop while serving to meet the needs of others. Whether it's helping to purchase or sell a home, or referring an amazing plumber, I'm honored to offer any assistance I can.
My greatest success is my family. Becoming a wife and mother has been such a blessing and raising a first-generation Idahoan is not a task we take lightly! Our boy is immersed in all that our beautiful state has to offer. Camping, fishing, hiking, and adventures with our pups keep our hearts full and happy.
Selecting Group One Sotheby's was an easy decision. It's hard to describe the exact feeling but it was warm and fuzzy! No other brokerage has appealed to me quite like Group One Sotheby's International Realty!
My goal is to offer my clients the same warmth and acceptance that Group One Sotheby's has offered me. Allow me to serve you as we navigate the exciting adventure of buying or selling your home.
My goal is to EXCEED your expectations EVERY TIME! My background and experience that makes me the right choice for your real-estate needs. Since getting my license in 2015, I have been involved in multiple types of transactions (listing, selling, short sales, foreclosure auctions, residential, commercial, and vacant land) with everyone from first-time homeowners to investors and business owners.
I served 8 years as Kootenai County Commissioner 2007-2015. During my time there, I heard and resolved more than 5,000 property value disputes, negotiated several county leases, negotiated and purchased several properties for county expansion projects and approved many county subdivisions.
I've served in many municipal positions, owned my own business for the last 24 years and been an active member in the community. But enough about me. This is and will be ABOUT YOU! Let’s meet. I want to learn about YOU and hear YOUR needs, wants and desires. Give me a call to start the conversation!

I've spent the past 10 years managing investment properties across Ohio, Idaho, and California, which has given me a unique perspective on the overall value home ownership provides. Looking forward to working with you and sharing my expertise!
I moved to the Idaho Falls area from Portland, OR about 14 years ago, and became passionate about Real Estate a little over 4 years ago. I have 3 beautiful children, 2 girls and 1 boy, and 1 lazy dog. Home can get a bit crazy for us at times, but in the end, we always try to have fun. When I'm not working, we are on the go; hiking, swimming, building forts, and searching for our next adventure!
Moving to Idaho however, was a whole different kind of adventure, and required a lot of work, so I understand how stressful the process can be. The list of tasks that need to be completed can seem endless. From packing and cleaning, to worrying about switching jobs and schools. Your hands are full and your head is on overdrive.
Let me help take some of that burden off your shoulders. I do my best to ensure that my clients are comfortable and well taken care of by providing a secure and dependable service. So, whether your buying or selling, don't do it alone. Let me help you with all your Real Estate needs!
I was in commercial construction operating a crane and took a nasty fall. After 7 days in the hospital it was clear I was not going back into construction, which is what I had done almost 30 years. The biggest one was the short sale years.
My daughter who has been licensed since 2007 and works with me, we took on a ton of the short sales to try and help as many families as we could, and it was a struggle, but a lot of those people have come back to us once they got their lives back in order and bought from us as well as sending their friends and families to us because have how much help we were to them when they were loosing their homes.
The last few years it has been the low inventory and bidding wars. I think there is some importance to it, but not as good as word of moth, and also what your fellow Realtors think about you.
Knowing the other agents that you will be working with on a daily basis is very important because they need to know if the transaction is going to go as smoothly as possible, or if you might be an agent that is hard to work with. It is all about relationships both with colleagues and clients.
