I have many years of varied experiences that set me apart from your typical realtor. I have been trained in architecture and engineering (including surveying) and worked as a draftsman for prominent firms mostly on commercial projects from Maine to Florida for 20+- years.

I designed buildings, interiors and landscapes, which gives me a trained eye for value. Also I am a homeowner and have been a multi-family owner. I have been involved in small business locally and flipped a home or two.
