Pam is the new kid on the block. She started in real estate in 2019, as an office assistant with Bean Realty Group, then became a licensed broker, shortly after, and joined the team. The same hard work and integrity Pam applied to pass the demanding coursework and state licensure exam the first time, is the same effort she utilizes with all her clients and every transaction.
Over 20 years of customer service has equipped Pam to hone her skills of paying attention to the needs and wants of her clients, keeping the lines of communication open, and being patient through the storms. She has also used her knack for details as an administrative assistant. Taking care of the details is her pleasure!
Pam has planted roots in Concord. After moving from WI to NY, then back to WI, Pam, her husband, Lenny, and their two youngest children, made the move to NC, in 2013. Pam’s restless spirit finally found peace, and she let her roots grow, like never before.
Pam is an active member of Knowing God Church, in Mt Pleasant, NC. She is a born crafter and plays with everything from crochet to upcycling. She loves spending time with family and friends and laughing hard and often. Her late husband and she have nine (9) adult children and eleven (11) grandchildren.

I’m Marsha Bailey-Woodard and I am a Realtor in the Greater Charlotte Area. I relocated to the area 8 years ago from the Washington, DC area with my family. I first endeavored into this industry as a temp receptionist at a title company in 2003.
For the past 17 years, I’ve worked my way through the industry, learning all of the ins and outs, and gaining the skill set needed to ensure that my clients always get the best delegation in the process of buying and selling.
I’ve had the pleasure of getting to experience residential real estate, including working as a mortgage processor and a real estate paralegal. I can sit here and tell you I have strong negotiating skills, local market knowledge, and so forth – and of course, I do – but one thing I want to share with you, the thing that is the most important tool I can provide you in your home sale or purchase is my passion.
I didn’t get into the industry to make money. I got into the industry because I fell in love with it. I fell in love with homes, the character each one had, and the beautiful people I got to help transition from one to another.
I fell in love with hearing people’s stories, really getting to know their needs for their futures, and focusing on ensuring you found a home that met those future goals. Real estate can be a stressful thing, moving out of a home you’ve known for years can be hard, and it can be harder if you don’t have someone to partner with who doesn’t take the time to understand that.
My business goes beyond the professionalism I can bring to the table, my years of knowledge about our local market and communities. Instead, it prioritizes you. How much can you afford? What motivates your move? What do you HAVE to have to make this big transition in your life?
You need a real estate agent who understands that and seeks to know the answer to those questions and all of the other important ones that make buying and selling a reality for you.
