Laurie had a satisfying and successful career in the local television news industry for 20 years. She won multiple Emmy awards as a Photojournalist. Laurie brings her strong work ethic along with her desire for excellence in all things she does to her Realty business.

Laurie currently lives with her husband Rob on a farm in Sunbury, Ohio. They moved to the country so that Laurie could fulfill her dream of owning her own horses and having lots of land for their dogs to run free on. Laurie and Rob adopt German shepherds from rescues and have also fostered several dogs over the years. She a strong advocate for adopting animals and for animal welfare.

Laurie has been a long time volunteer for Guardian angels for Soldier’s Pet, an organization that finds foster homes for military member’s pets while they leave to serve our country.

Originally, Katy is from Reading, just west of London, England. Even though she moved here at the age of 19, her British accent is still very much in intact. Katy have degrees in American Sign Language interpretation, business, geography, and teaching dance.

She has run her own dance business for years and remains very active in the West Coast Swing dance community. Katy also loves to sew, quilt, cook and run. With her husband and son, she has been calling Columbus home since 2006.

Rosaria Barone was born in Toledo, OH in 1994. She comes from a big Italian family with 5 brothers and sisters. Her father opened his own restaurant in Toledo, along with buying multiple properties.

Rosaria grew up knowing she wanted to thrive in the real estate
industry, inspired by the successes of her father. After graduating from the Ohio State in University with a business degree, she bought a duplex in Columbus when she was 23 that she still lives in today and hosts the other side as an Airbnb.

She has previous experience in financial services and homeowners insurance, but followed her passion for real estate which she does full time in Central Columbus.
