I’m Marsha Bailey-Woodard and I am a Realtor in the Greater Charlotte Area. I relocated to the area 8 years ago from the Washington, DC area with my family. I first endeavored into this industry as a temp receptionist at a title company in 2003.
For the past 17 years, I’ve worked my way through the industry, learning all of the ins and outs, and gaining the skill set needed to ensure that my clients always get the best delegation in the process of buying and selling.
I’ve had the pleasure of getting to experience residential real estate, including working as a mortgage processor and a real estate paralegal. I didn’t get into the industry to make money. I got into the industry because I fell in love with it. I fell in love with homes, the character each one had, and the beautiful people I got to help transition from one to another.
