I am born and raised in Dallas Texas. I worked in corporate America for 6 years at American Airlines. While doing so I created a name for myself by being a PRO Makeup Artist and also specializing in Graphic Designing.

After working I decided in 2020 to get my Real Estate License. My mother has been in the property management business for over 20 years and it helped me become really familiar with the real estate world. As a kid she would always drove me around Dallas and neighborhoods like Highland Park and we go into beautiful model homes.

I knew as a kid when I got older I would love to be in Real Estate. I found the perfect timing to pursue my dreams after being off work for sometime. Working with so many different people within my professional career paths have prepared me for my new career in Real Estate.

Cory grew up in Southern California before leaving to attend the University of South Carolina. After graduating with a Bachelors's in Political Science, he worked for New Penn Financial, now called NewRez.

Cory left after being selected to undergo Naval Officer Training and was later designated a Naval Flight Officer in P-3 and P-8 aircraft. After leaving the Navy, Cory engaged full-time in the real estate world in multiple positions leading to him Founding Airdeed.com in 2022.

Rosie has lived in the North Dallas area for the past twenty years. She has a husband of eighteen years and four children ranging from age nine to fifteen. Her children have taught her how to stay organized, to keep a family’s future growth and needs in mind, to be creative, and be lighthearted.

Her career in the real estate industry began shortly after getting married in 2003, when both her husband, Deke, and her purchased several rental properties. Managing their multiple single-family homes as a property investor and serving as project manager in several flipped homes in the DFW area have prepared her for a career in real estate and thus, becoming an official REALTOR® was a natural transition for her. It is thanks to these experiences that Rosie understands her client’s commitment extend well past the purchase or sale of their home.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, Rosie’s desire to serve people drove her to work for FEMA. Her niche while working in emergency management was finding a place to live for disaster survivors. She believes her time at FEMA was one of the most rewarding jobs she has ever had, because of the ability it provided in making a positive difference in people’s lives including her own, by reminding her to stay humble and grounded. Most importantly, it taught her to focus on her client’s needs with kindness, empathy, patience, and how to respect and relate to people from all backgrounds while providing genuine caring professionalism.

Some of Rosie’s best skills are research and close attention to detail, she is a firm believer that sometimes it is not what you know but knowing where to look. She enjoys finding reputable data that affect her client’s investment such as current market conditions for the area, crime rates, schools, and other important factors, and communicating this information with her clients through updates, explanations, and guidance, providing them with the exceptional service that they deserve. Rosie chose to work with Ebby Halliday because of their people-first approach and family centered values, which align with her belief that we are not in this business to make money, but to create lasting relationships built on integrity, honesty, and trust. Born in Dallas, and raised in Carrollton, Nicolas is a native of north Texas, and extremely familiar with the ever changing real estate landscape. After graduating from the University of North Texas, Nicolas entered into the world of secondary education.

After a wonderful experience, he decided to change paths, and lived in a number of different markets, including Austin,TX, Tucson, AZ, and Denver, CO. With a background in sales, education, event coordination, and hospital administration, real estate is where Nicolas decided to focus his career path.

In his personal life, he enjoys golf, basketball, football, football (soccer), and bowling.
