Anne focuses her divorce practice on high asset, high conflict cases. She believes that divorce should be handled with professionalism and discretion, and works to diffuse destructive, expensive tactics from overly aggressive opposing counsel, always aiming to maintain the clients’ privacy while preserving assets for settlement. Anne draws from her extensive litigation experience, as well as her work as a trained mediator, to obtain results her clients can not only live with, but live well.

Alec joined the Robbins Alloy Belinfante Littlefield firm in May 2014 where his focused practices areas are business and real estate litigation. He has helped clients in a variety of industries, including real estate developers resolve their commercial, tort, real estate, and regulatory challenges through civil and administrative litigation and alternative dispute resolution at the trial and appellate levels.

Before joining the Robbins Firm, Alec practiced at King & Spalding, where he was a member of the tort litigation practice group and represented a major global transportation company in litigation in state and federal courts across the Southeast. Alec is admitted to practice law in Georgia, Tennessee, and Michigan.

Lisa J. Gill is the founder of Gill Family Law, PLLC. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and is designated as a Family Law Trial Specialist with the National Board of Trial Advocacy. She is licensed in Mississippi and Tennessee and represents clients in both states at the trial and appellate levels. She also represents parties in the alternative dispute resolution processes of mediation and arbitration outside of the courtroom.

She currently serves as Chair of the Tennessee Bar Association Family Law Section Executive Committee, is a Board Member on the Board of Directors of the Memphis Bar Association and is the Vice Chair of the Executive Committee for Leadership Germantown. She has held prior presidencies with the Association of Women Attorneys Memphis Chapter and Mississippi Bar Association Northwest Young Lawyers Division. Her prior legal experience included working for five years as a paralegal, which enabled her to assist in federal court, state court and administrative law cases involving construction, real estate, business law, and employment law. Prior to practicing family law, she participated in the resolution of various business disputes. She worked to resolve business disputes involving commercial and residential real estate contract litigation, construction litigation, shareholder disputes, embezzlement and other breach of fiduciary duty investigations, as well as, general employment issues. She conducted on-site investigations for employers, gave status reports to executive boards, and reviewed internal business policies for legal compliance.
