Wendy has been in the real estate industry collectively for 28 years, initially licensed in 1987. She worked solo and in big brick and mortar offices, and went virtual in 2017, but recently joined Fathom Realty as its State Broker.

In 2020, Wendy decided to become licensed as a Loan Officer and is approved to write mortgages in nearly half the states in the U.S. Wendy has achieved the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and e-Pro designations from the Natl. Assn. of Realtors, which are symbols of excellence in the real estate industry.

Only a small percentage of all agents earn the CRS designation. Wendy enjoys working with clients and colleagues virtually, through Cloud-Based technologies.

Next-Financing provides real estate loans to investors nationwide via a simplified, easy-to-navigate application/approval/funding process. We currently offer a full suite of real estate loan products.

Our focus is on the broker and investor community – in search of alternative financing after the banks have turned them down. We are a one-stop-shop with direct involvement from beginning to end.

From loan submission to funding, we handle the process in-house. I am Alex Haddo, an experienced mortgage broker with a passion for helping borrowers achieve their dreams of homeownership. My journey into the world of mortgages began when I joined UWM as an Account Executive. During my tenure, I demonstrated unwavering commitment and expertise, leading to the successful closure of over 100 million dollars in mortgage volume. This experience ignited a desire within me to contribute more directly to the well-being of borrowers.

Recognizing the importance of efficiency and personalized assistance in the lending process, I pursued my NMLS license, equipping myself to provide borrowers with a seamless and transparent lending experience. Empowered with the knowledge and skillset, I took the next stride in my career by joining Rocket Mortgage, where I further honed my abilities and gained invaluable insights into the ever-evolving mortgage landscape.
