Emerge Lending Group is a nationwide (non-bank) lending company specializing in rental property loans, portfolio loans, renovation, bridge and ground-up. It was founded for the sole purpose of delivering to business owners quick and reliable financing to buy real estate.

I am an experienced real estate investor and loan broker with over 20 years of experience in the industry. I have sold real estate as a licensed agent, originated conventional mortgages, and arranged hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of real estate transactions, from commercial financing, construction loans, and bridge deals.

Currently, I am Managing Director of PACE Equity, where I arrange financing for commercial development and renovation funding nationwide. I also originate HUD, SBA, bridge loans, and other types of creative financing for many different situations.

Over the past 20 years in real estate, I have created a platform of financial partners to get all kinds of projects funded. Recently, I re-located from the San Francisco Bay Area to Las Vegas, Nevada.

I still do considerable business in Northern California but, over the years, my reach and network has expanded nationwide. I can conduct business from anywhere and serve people all over the US.

I am Alex Haddo, an experienced mortgage broker with a passion for helping borrowers achieve their dreams of homeownership. With over three years of dedicated service in the mortgage industry, I take immense pride in being the sole owner of Worthington Lending, a venture that aspires to redefine the mortgage lending experience.

My journey into the world of mortgages began when I joined UWM as an Account Executive. During my tenure, I demonstrated unwavering commitment and expertise, leading to the successful closure of over 100 million dollars in mortgage volume. This experience ignited a desire within me to contribute more directly to the well-being of borrowers.

Recognizing the importance of efficiency and personalized assistance in the lending process, I pursued my NMLS license, equipping myself to provide borrowers with a seamless and transparent lending experience. Empowered with the knowledge and skillset, I took the next stride in my career by joining Rocket Mortgage, where I further honed my abilities and gained invaluable insights into the ever-evolving mortgage landscape.

Armed with an unyielding dedication to excellence, I founded Worthington Lending on February 17, 2022. My vision for the company revolves around integrity, empathy, and a customer-centric approach, striving to make the mortgage journey smooth and rewarding for every borrower we serve.
