Both plans come with the following default benefits:

BatchDialer Features

As one of the best tools for real estate investors, BatchDialer is packed with features that are integrated together seamlessly to deliver lead engagement and real estate wholesaler CRM services.

The following are the platform’s main features.

AI-Powered Call Routing

The Batch call router doesn’t randomly connect to calls. Instead, it uses AI to connect to calls only when the recipient answers, as a result, reducing waiting times.

This feature also lets users set an automated voicemail message in case a lead fails to answer.

The AI is also responsible for detecting when a call is about to end and automatically starts dialing the next number. This is done to reduce idle time and increase a user’s productivity.

In-App Web Phone

Thanks to this tool, users don’t have to switch between multiple apps to manage leads and communicate with them. Users have all the capabilities of a phone and more.

The web phone lets agents make a single or multiple calls at a time, receive calls, and leave automated personalized messages when a call goes unanswered.

Users can also set up custom greeting voicemail messages and listen to incoming messages from anywhere in the world.

Additionally, the web phone’s interface lets users transfer calls to another agent or department with a single click of a button. This is referred to as the Warm Transfer feature.

Interactive Voice Response (IVR)

With the IVR tool, agents can engage leads through automated, personalized commands.

The caller will be guided by the automated voice response system through a string of directives, and then be connected to a suitable agent based on their needs.

Live Agent Monitoring

As a platform mainly built for teams, BatchDialer allows team leaders to monitor agents who are on call.

The team leader can listen in on the call, ‘whisper’ to the agent, and join in on the call when the need arises.

They can also see the status of all team members and know who’s available, on break, or offline. On the other end, team members can set their status from a list of available statuses.

Smart Local Presence

The BatchDialer app automatically adjusts your calling number to match the area code of the lead’s physical location.

Additionally, the platform uses Direct Inward Dialing (DID) to connect directly to the recipient without going through a queue or needing an extension.

Overall, this feature is essential for improving call acceptance rates among leads.

Automated Phone Scrubbing

When a user imports a contact list from Batch or their computer, the platform automatically scans the list and identifies duplicates.

The system also identifies and eliminates all phone numbers that are on the state or federal Do Not Call Registry lists.

In addition, the phone scrubbing tool identifies known serial TCPA plaintiffs’ and litigators’ numbers, preventing costly lawsuits.

Call Campaign Management

BatchDialer’s outbound call campaigns are easy to set up and manage. Users can pause, edit, and duplicate a campaign conveniently on the tool’s easy-to-read interface.

Campaigns are also highly customizable. Users can set up a number of metrics, including:

  • the number of calls per agent
  • number of redials
  • ring duration
  • the maximum amount of times to dial a particular lead per day

To create a campaign, you can import contacts from your computer (in CSV format), the Batch CRM, or buy motivated seller leads from the Campaign page if you have no leads list.

Automated Call Recording

BatchDialer records all inbound and outbound calls for compliance, training, and quality assurance. The process is discreet so that leads aren’t aware.

The platform also lets users transcribe the calls easily right within the app.

Dynamic Call Scripts

Teams can create fully customizable motivated seller phone call scripts based on data gathered on leads. This helps sales teams save time and as a result, close more deals.

To learn how to customize or write a new script from the start, read our articles on the best practices of wholesale real estate cold call scripts.

Real-Time Analysis

BatchDialer contains intuitive insights and analytics for your team members and campaigns.

You can see the number of calls made every day per agent, the duration of calls across a certain period, and the number of unanswered calls, among other details.
