During her career in new home sales, Cesi learned to provide superior customer service and was extensively trained in negotiation, marketing, and home-staging skills.

What did you do before becoming a real estate agent?

I used to sell New Homes for Homebuilders. I did this for over 15 years. Once I reached the highest ceiling, I transitioned to Resale. I changed to resale mainly to make a difference in the industry.

How did you decide to get into the industry?

When I was selling new homes, I met many resale agents who didn't impress me and I wanted to make a difference.

Have you ever faced any challenges in your current business?

Finding great talent. There are not many real estate agents out there willing to work as hard as it takes to be successful. So it's hard to find great agents to add to my team. Many of the Realtors I know are amazing, there are many others that should not be in the business as they only make us look bad

How many brokerages have you worked with so far?

Just KW. I love KW.

What were the pros and cons of each brokerage you worked with?

I love KW. I have no cons. All pros. I love this company and everything it offers.

Succeeding through all markets. When bad or good, we continue to increase our volume.

Technology with systems and various CRM's. Currently transitioning to Command.

How important do you think getting good online reviews is?

Very important.

How does this factor affect your business, and what effort do you put into receiving good reviews?

We have several. We provide excellent service, follow up during and after the process is completed. We have great systems in place that make the process seamless for our clients. Staying in touch with our clients and having them know we are always there for them has rewarded us with excellent reviews.
