How much do your leads cost?

The price of our leads is determined by number of factors such as: lucrativeness, urgency, location, motivation, situation, amount of provided details and other factors. For instance, a lead of an inherited property that’s located in a Dallas TX metropolitan area, with fully paid off mortgage where the beneficiary is extremely motivated to get rid of the property to avoid paying taxes will cost more than a lead where a property is located in Sandusky OH, with 20% paid off mortgage and the seller is wanting to downsize. Also, another significant factor that affects the leads’ cost is the fullness of provided details by the sellers. For example, our fully filled out lead forms contain almost 20 data points. Therefore, the more information the sellers provide, the higher the price of the lead will be and vice versa.

Are your leads exclusive?

The short answer is NO and there is a valid reason for that. Over the years of mastering lead generation for real estate investors we found that no mater what, the sellers were shopping around. In other words, if we sent leads exclusively to a single investor, that very investor still had to compete with a number of other investors simply because sellers contacted other lead providers to be able to compare multiple offers. Well, guess what, based on our data, this shopping around approach is practiced by more than 95% of all the distressed sellers. They want to make sure they are getting the best deal. Therefore, whoever tells you their leads are exclusive, in 95% probability they are not! But, you are still paying a premium thinking these are exclusive leads. There are almost no ‘exclusive’ leads in real estate investing space unless they come in a form of a referral. Our model is different and we found it to be as effective as your typical ‘exclusive’ leads myth but with us you are paying a fraction of the cost per lead. Hope this concise answer not only answered your question but also gave you a fresh perspective on the widely misleading lead exclusivity concept.

What is the source of your leads?
