Christie Tufts, KWEC’s Niceville Business Center Leader and Broker Associate, Is passionate about empowering agents and all of humanity by supporting and coaching them to achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals.
In 2012, Christie began her career in the real estate industry in the State of Louisiana where she excelled at working with both commercial and residential real estate clients.
Some of Christie’s accomplishments include receiving awards for Top 20% REALTOR in the Region for three consecutive years. She also served on the Agent Leadership Counsel to assist her peers to excel in the industry.
For example, Christie’s mentorship and leadership efforts in her BC office helped one of her mentees go from homeless to “Rookie of the Year”. When given the opportunity to move to Florida’s Emerald Coast in June 2020, Christie took a leap of faith and joined the KW Emerald Coast team to work with leadership at one of the top Market Centers in the world.
Christie is dedicated to being a life-long learner and she loves giving back to her colleagues in a way that makes them better in both their business and personal lives.
