Heather Herr, Founder and Team Lead of Team Herr at Coldwell Banker Realty has over 18 years of experience in real estate sales, development, and management. Heather is of the top 1% of all Realtors in the city of Cincinnati and at Coldwell Banker Realty nationwide which totals more than 50,000 Realtors.
Heather was a four-time All American National Champion athlete at Ohio State University, graduating in Art Education. Her first career was in teaching, before discovering her passion and family's legacy in real estate. Heather also has an extensive background in software consultation and worked as part of the Siebel Systems team global customer relationship software rollout.
Heather's customers enjoy the success that comes from her innovative marketing strategies and the support of her exceptional team, who position her to provide outstanding customer service. Heather is the Vice President of the North Avondale Neighborhood Association, Secretary of the Cincinnati Woman's Council of Real Estate, and works closely with the city of Cincinnati in community development.

I have a Master Degree in Education. I taught High School for 3 years. After that I worked for Siebel Systems as a Software Consultant.

Our agents focus on our clients and the home purchasing process as well as listings and selling homes, We have a full time marketing department with a graphic designer and social media manager. This team is always working to produce materials for our listings and digitial outreach. We have a full time staff for operations and transaction management ensuring a smooth process and ultimate closing. Each person has a niche role which ensures that our clients are served to the highest level from beginning to end and after closing too.
