Since 2013, HomeQwik has served property owners and investors by providing expertise in the areas of residential property management, property leasing, and real estate sales. HomeQwik has managed privately owned single family homes, town-homes, condos and apartment complexes throughout the greater Phoenix area.
We are a family-owned local business, and we strive to have the happiest employees in town. We know that happy employees mean good services and happy clients.
We actually created and managed 2 separate property management companies prior to starting our current company.
Our goal was to create a professional resource for property management for our investor clients with whom we help buy and sell real estate. We use the most updated technology for management software, inspections, and videos to help ensure that our service level is elevated above our competition. We also maintain and a 'same day' communication policy with both owners and tenants.
We've lost almost half of our portfolio due to owners selling their properties at the end of the lease...luckily we did capture most of these commissions by listing the homes in-house, however, we are not in a 'growth' mode again.
Both our company owner and I have been on our local NARPM chapter board for the last several years, and we have both served as chapter presidents on separate terms.
My proudest moment was probably being nominated and then voted in as NARPM Chapter President
