Work in healthcare as a Medical Coder, for the last 10 yrs. Real Estate is something I always wanted to do. I tried it years back prior to becoming a Coder but wasn't mentally or financially ready for the challenges that come along with the business. My auntie was getting up there in age and I wanted to be able to save her house to keep it in my family which made me realize the time is now. Plus, I just enjoy helping and being a resource to people.

Wouldn't consider them challenges because I enjoy what I do. They say find something you enjoy doing and you will never work a day in your life. Like I said I am all about the work and the process. So, at the moment I am in the process of building my foundation, my database and marketing myself on my social medias. Also networking with colleagues and contacts building up my networking Rolodex so I can be more than just a Real Estate Agent to my clients. Would like to be a valued resource.

Being that I am a fairly new agent. I have yet to receive any awards. But I have I have professionally taken the Real Estate Exam, passed it and joined a great company like Keller Williams and accomplished the 1st goal to the many dreams I'm chasing by becoming a Real Estate Agent.

First of all, just becoming a Real Estate agent was the proudest moment of my career so far. But as of recently I landed my 1st listing, and for some odd reason lol my 1st listing is exactly why wanted to be an agent. My client is in the same position I was in. In jeopardy of losing their family property. Difference is I wanted to save mines and they want to sell theirs and start over. Although different goals same dreams will be accomplished.
