I grew up around construction as my father was a contractor, and I’ve now also began offering drawings and 3D design services for new construction and remodels for a local contractor (see my most recent commercial job at vandenbergconstruction.com/pfrc). I also know many local realtors and have a good friend who offices with me, out of my shared office space (building323.co), who is also an agent. So not only am I exposed to real estate and construction on a regular basis, but I have a passion for marketing property through drawing, design and photography.
