Three years ago my family and I relocated to the Hill Country area where we felt so welcomed. It didn’t take long for us to adapt and fall in love with this special part of Texas. I was extremely excited to learn more about the community and build my real estate career here in Kerrville and the surrounding areas. My goal is to continue to raise my family here and do everything I can to make our community a better place.

The media has scared most buyers and sellers and shown a grom forecast for the 2024 real estate market. But I have a different opinion. Although interest rates are much higher than they were last year, they are not astronomical. If we remember, the 2% interest rates were unprecedented, and I think that has given the world a little bit of a shock value. But it’s normal for the interest rates to fluctuate throughout the years and I still think there are plenty of buyers looking to relocate to this area. The good news is that prices have stabilized, making it more of an even playing field for both buyers and sellers in this market.
