You will need a copy of your mortgage loan payoff. You can request this from your lender. Once I have this, I can plug in the number to an estimated net sheet, along with some other information such as taxes and commissions, to figure out what your net proceeds will be from the sale of your property.
You would first need to apply for a mortgage loan. I work with several licensed loan officers and brokers and would be happy to send you an application link as well as introduce you to the office you'd be working with on your loan.
Not necessarily. You can put as little as 3% down, depending on your loan type and pre-approval amount. Putting 20% down is beneficial if you're pre-approved for a Conventional loan and wish to avoid PMI.
