relationship between buyers and lenders, home inspection companies, title companies, contractors. Search for properties to fit my buyer’s needs and wants and schedule and show homes. Walk through
homes with buyers and speak of features and potential issues with the homes. Create and prepare Price Trend Analysis of properties to provide fair market value of properties. Advise buyers of offer
prices and negotiate price with listing agents. Negotiate contract terms, negotiate repairs after home inspections, coordinate closing process.

Working with Sellers - Analyze data of comparable homes that sold, are under contract, and are active on the market. Factor in the market influences that impact price, including supply of homes versus
demand, how the local economy is fairing, and home appreciation rates, to determine the home's Fair Market Value. Analyze statistical data for number or homes sold, average-price of homes and median
price of homes throughout counties, cities and towns of Maryland. Advise sellers of listing price. Help prepare listings to put on market, give advice for repairs and updates to properties, including paint,
landscaping, flooring, and more Coordinate with contractors, home staging companies and photographers to prepare listing for sale.
