My Bio

Chloe was raised in Southern California, and has a broadened knowledge of the San Diego County landscape and various communities. Her local knowledge and love of her community is a huge asset to all her clients.


Chloe grew up in the real estate industry. With a father in construction and home remodeling, it was natural for her to pursue a real estate career. She grew up watching her father reconstruct many homes into each homeowner's dreams. She takes this with her into every transaction to listen to every need and find the right fit for every client. She also has a keen eye for design that can help reimagine any space, with the ultimate goal of making it every client's dream home.


She graduated from CSU East Bay gaining a Bachelor's Degree in Recreation with an emphasis in Youth Development, as well as two Associates degrees in Business and Technology as well as Social and Behavioral Science. Her education has given her a strong background of helping others and allowed her to pursue learning in many different fields. She always loves to learn new skills and tailors to each client's personal journey, whether it be buying or selling their home.


Chloe’s education, local knowledge, work ethic, years of experience in the customer service industry as well as her genuine passion and background in the real estate and remodeling industry, gives her the confidence to help each of her clients with every step of their transaction.

In her free time, she enjoys working out, going on hikes, soaking up the sun, traveling, cooking, and most importantly spending time with her husband.
