Managing Director, Dan Perich has been selling and leasing commercial real estate since 1998. Dan originally started with Coldwell Banker Commercial then moved to Michael Baxter & Associates where he was the top producing agent several years running selling over $150 million in his career.
Dan earned the highly respected Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2003. The CCIM designation is considered the PhD of commercial and investment real estate. CCIM has a network of over 15,000 designees, worldwide.
Dan is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) which is an organization of retailers and developers who specialize in large, retail driven projects. Dan’s specialty is investment analysis which he uses to assist clients and customers in achieving their financial goals through investing in real estate.
