Overview
Our clients are Arizona Real Estate licensees that are both active and inactive. We offer quality Continuing Education classes to renew their Arizona real estate license. We have our Online platform where agents can access their classes at their convenience, 24/7 with the most user-friendly website available as well as Zoom and Live in-person classes.
While Jon started instruction in-person classes at first, he had a heart issue in 2006 that gave him time off to think about what he wanted to accomplish and to leave a legacy to his family. With all that time on his hands, he did a great deal of research, created a business plan, and started feasibility studies. The online platform was launched in February 2008. Desert Sage Seminars currently have 18 amazing instructors.
We are a small local business competing against large national companies who have budgets to market more than we do. We discovered that they combine content from multiple states and put them into classes that they can offer to multiple states at the same time. Our material is Arizona content only which allows us to educate Arizona agents on the information they need to do their business well. We also found that almost all competitive platforms were not simple to navigate and frustrated the agents while taking their classes. While following regulatory rules, we have been able to keep our platform easy and simple to use.

Our Owner/Administrator Jon Kitchen, has owned his own brokerage, managed and operated offices for large and small brokerages as well as sold real estate. He is actively involved in Local, State, and National Realtor® committees giving him a broad perspective, making him an advocate for the entire real estate industry. Our classes are written with that perspective allowing agents to learn and understand why rules and laws are enacted or changed.
