My Bio

Our firm's Real Estate Services Group specializes in providing financial, tax and accounting solutions to real estate owners, developers, managers, and others real estate entities. Many of our individual and business clients requested we create an investment vehicle that would allow them to invest into NNN commercial real estate.

What we developed so far has given our clients an opportunity to come into a pool of ventures that are more stable than investing in stock or bonds, yet pays a higher rate of return than your banking institutions.

Historically investing into NNN real estate required large capital, many clients are willing to attempt this ventures but are not able to on their own. We put together a program that allows them to do just that.

Putting together smaller capitals from a number of people, who have no experience, time or desire to manage, run and supervise properties, we are giving them an opportunity to have a piece of American dream, all while earning competitive rates of return on their investment.

Each investor has an opportunity to view the activity of the property and inspect the books and records when they choose to. Everything is available to them on line, with secured log in through our Real Estate Management Software.
