To be completely honest, I gained interest in the industry from tik tok. I ran into a page that talked about whole selling and how easy one could profit with no license. I tried that for about 6 months and got no where. Yes I had a few possible clients but those deals fell through. I then realized how hard whole selling actually was. A few days later, I was listening to motivational videos on YouTube and noticed that all rich people had one thing in common... they all owned real estate properties. I then thought to myself, why not just get a license and help facilitate those transactions. Sure itll take time but why not give it a go. I didnt know where to start so I got with a real estate agent I know and long story short here I am today!!

Keller Williams provides their agents with a system called Command. You basically do all your marketing, campaigning etc through that website.

As mentioned sellers get free staging, professional photography (includes drone footage), home cleaning services and even their own interior designer to help stage the home! With our buyers we focus on their needs and wants. We wont send anything they are not looking for. We are available 24 hrs a day 7 days a week. My motto is if I am awake I will answer. This ensures our buyers get our full attention and care. I do not know many realtors with this attitude
