Hello! I am a full-time REALTOR® with more than 20 years of experience in the practice of law. I
help people navigate one of the biggest and most important transactions in their life – buying or
selling a home. With the complex challenges of today’s real estate market, you need more than

I take the time to REALLY listen to my client's needs and preferences and use my extensive knowledge of the Las Vegas real estate market to narrow down properties that meet their criteria - and I stay within their price range. I also provide valuable assistance after the sale, like help with moving, setting up utilities, finding contractors, or whatever else my clients need.
I conduct a thorough market analysis to assess the current market conditions, evaluate comparable properties in the area, and consider any unique features or challenges of the property in question. This helps me arrive at a fair and competitive listing price. I am completely transparent in this process, showing you exactly what I use to arrive at a price and why. Further, I am honest with my clients about what their property is worth. Many Realtors will tell the client whatever they want to hear just to get the listing. That is not my style.
I utilize a variety of marketing channels, including online listings, social media, direct mail campaigns, and professional photography and videography. I use AI to "stage" a home for pictures - for example, if a room is cluttered or in need of repair, I can use Artificial Intelligence tools to virtually clean out the room and then add gorgeous furniture to show the home's potential. I network with other agents and brokers to spread the word about my listings and generate interest from potential buyers. I also work with a network of reputable investors to get the very best offers on distressed properties.
