Elliott Real Estate Academy offers pre-license real estate courses, post-license real estate courses, and update and elective real estate courses. With an online virtual learning platform, we are attracting pre-license candidates and real estate agents from several states. We also offer cram course reviews for candidates ready to take the NC real estate exam.
Since I took my first pre-license class in Raleigh NC in 2001, I knew I wanted to be a real estate instructor. This is now my passion, to help aspiring real estate agents achieve their success goals in the real estate industry. I am also a college professor, teaching business classes at three universities. My main career focuses now is on educating students to become successful.
A successful real estate school does take a lot of work and creativity. Besides creating class courses, there are the marketing and branding tasks I have to manage. I purchased Elliott Real Estate in March of 2018. Since then, EREA has increased class revenues by over 200%, a monumental task. I generally teach between 4 and 7 days or nights a week, while also running the school. Elliott Real Estate Academy has a broad base of satisfied real estate agents in the Triad area of North Carolina.

I have been an entrepreneur most of my life, purchasing EREA connected my real estate career passion with my teaching passion. Dennis Miller, MBA, MIRM, GSI, DREI, CDEI, CSP, CMP is the owner and main instructor for Elliott Real Estate Academy. Dennis Miller has been responsible for over $300MM of home sales in the past 20 years. He has also been a licensed NC Real Estate Commission instructor since 2002 while continuing his real estate career as a business owner.
