Let Emily’s years of Multi-Million Dollar Production, hundreds of sales, and experience work for you. In 2023, Emily partnered with a long-time colleague to Found Coastal Realty Pros. As an owner, she is finally able to provide the customer experience she has wanted and now has a team of agents to assist in delivering an excellent experience.

Emily moved to Flagler County from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, in 2016. She has been a full-time realtor and investor ever since. Emily has taken over 150 Continuing Education hours, over and above the state requirements, to hone her skill set.

Some additional qualifications Emily possesses are Certifications and Designations from various Real Estate institutes, including REBI, NAR, RREC, and Florida Realtors. These accolades include but are not limited to Certified Military Relocation Professional, Certified Real Estate Negotiation Specialist, Designated Seller Representative Specialist, Accredited Buyers Representative, and Designated Short Sale Foreclosure Specialist. She is also currently working on her Florida Brokers License.

Emily has the passion, knowledge, and drive to get you to the closing table. She believes in ultimate satisfaction in your move and investment, and she believes in building relationships based on trust and respect.

Her background in healthcare and property and asset management gives her a compassionate yet analytical outlook that she would love to put to work for you. She is also a former board member of the Young Professionals Group of Flagler County and her local Kiwanis Club.

She is a current member of the Flagler County Chamber of Commerce, the Young Professionals Group of Flagler County, the National Association of Realtors, the Flagler County Board Of Realtors, The Real Estate Business Institute, Florida Realtors, as well as other local and national groups.
